Kirby Lunger is the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) for, and a Partner at, Performance Architects. She maintains over 20 years of experience in the consulting, internet services, and software markets at organizations including Gomez (now Compuware), Painted Word (now Palladium Group), Palladium Group, and R.B. Webber & Company / The Entrepreneurs' Fund. Kirby holds a B.A. from Yale University with Honors in Philosophy and Political Science.
Kirby is an active volunteer in the analytics and EPM communities; she sits on the ODTUG’s BI Volunteer Community Committee and sits on the Board of the BIWA User Community / Analytics and Data Summit.
She is a frequent presenter at industry events and writes for groups such as Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), BeyeNetwork, ComputerWorld, Enterprise Systems, Higher Education Data Warehousing Forum, Information Management, The National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO), NICSA, and The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI), as well as local and national Oracle events such as Oracle OpenWorld, Oracle Application Users Group (OAUG) COLLABORATE, and the Oracle Higher Education User Group (HEUG) Alliance Conference.

Jay Canupp is the Practice Director, Enterprise Information Management at Axia Consulting, a systems integration firm that provides technology and business consulting services to middle-market and Fortune 500 companies as well as government agencies. He is an accomplished senior consultant with over fifteen years of experience serving in various roles on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) teams and Business Intelligence projects within the Utilities, Healthcare, Software, Manufacturing, Insurance, and Public Sector industries. Jay holds a BSBA in Logistics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Dianne DeNezza is responsible for recording and documenting information discussed and decided upon at all SIG meetings; for publishing meeting minutes; managing the action item list; and maintaining the SIG's membership list. She is the Director of FIS Business Solutions at University of Pittsburgh.

Ramesh Kumar is responsible for content creation for training and learning for SIG membership, such as webinar recruitment, scheduling, and logistics, and suggesting and recruiting content and speakers for our two main conference presentations per year (Collaborate and OpenWorld). He is the Managing Partner for eAlliance Corporation, and has worked extensively with Oracle EBS for almost 18 years from Release 9.4 through R12.1. Ramesh is passionate about helping clients leverage their EBS and BI investments through fact-based decision-making and thorough analytics.

Ryan Legge is responsible for working with other SIG and GEO groups to promote our SIG’s message and with the Education Coordinator to co-develop content with these other groups. He is an Executive Vice President for NuWave Solutions, a professional services firm specializing in Business Intelligence/Analytics, Data Warehousing/ETL and software integration. Ryan has over six years of experience with developing and marketing solutions around the Oracle Analytics suite of products, specifically to Public Sector customers. He is certified in Endeca Information Discovery and has been a two-time presenter at Oracle OpenWorld and at multiple Oracle Public Sector Sales Channel meetings.

Morgayne Keyser is responsible for communications with the SIG's current and prospective membership. She is a Business Analyst and Test Lead at NuWave Solutions. For the past year and a half, she has been responsible for gathering requirements, communicating with stakeholders, and creating and conducting rigorous test plans. She holds a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is currently working towards a second degree in Computer Science.

Emily Cikovsky is responsible for liaising with Oracle Corporation on the OAUG's behalf for Oracle Analytics, BI and Big Data solutions. She is the Principal Product Manager, Analytics at Oracle Corporation. Emily maintains over 20 years of experience delivering successful B2B and B2C SaaS solutions at large and small companies, and is a frequent presenter at local and national Oracle events.
